What is Uptinio? ​

Uptinio is a platform for monitoring, managing, and analyzing your applications and services.

How does Uptinio work? ​

Uptinio continuously monitors your endpoints from multiple global locations using our distributed infrastructure. When an issue is detected, such as downtime, slow response times, or SSL certificate problems, our system immediately alerts you through your configured notification channels (like email, Slack, or webhooks). This proactive monitoring helps you identify and resolve problems before they impact your users.

What types of monitoring does Uptinio support? ​

Uptinio supports several types of monitoring:

How frequently can I monitor my endpoints? ​

Monitoring intervals can be configured from 1 minute to 24 hours on all subscription plans.

From where are the checks performed? ​

Checks are performed from multiple servers located in the United States and Europe to ensure accurate monitoring and minimize false positives. Our distributed infrastructure provides reliable monitoring from different geographic regions with no extra setup required.

How can I customize alert settings? ​

Alert notifications can be customized for each Monitor or Server. You can configure multiple notification integrations that will be triggered automatically when an incident occurs for the monitored resource. This gives you flexibility in how and where you receive alerts.
